Mosa Foods Ltd has made it its top priority to supply clients with the best products available. We are a small team of passionate individuals committed to sharing Kenyan avocados that are of great quailty and pricing. We work hard to guarantee that whenever our clients think of quality, they’ll be thinking of us. We carry Hass, Feurte and Jumbo Avocados. Hass and Feurte avocado season begins in the months of March and ends in November here in Kenya.
SOURCING
Our Hass and Feurte avocados are sourced from farming cooperatives that bring together small scale farmers up to entire villages who not only grow avocados but are trained according to Global Gap standards for agricultural growers. Each avocado that is brought to our facility is accompanied with placards registering their organic certified code, harvest date, individual farmer, variety type, etc. From there the avocados are  delivered to a certified packhouse, given phytosanitary certification, follows global gap procedures, organically certified and are packaged according to customer needs.
PACKAGING
Our Hass and Feurte avocados come in different sizes to to keep YOU coming back for more. We have on offer: 16s, 18s, 20s, 22s, 26s, 28s , 30s. We can send you avocados by air freight or by ship FOB your location. Our shipping containers are refrigerated at a temperature conducive to maintaining the integrity of the avocados to insure there is no spoilage. The avocados are shipped out to sea  pre-ripened and covered in beeswax to maintain longevity along its journey so that it can arrive in great condition for our clients. Our minimum order is 1 ton but we are able to send over 25 tons at a time depending on your requirements. Our hass avocados size 24s come in a 60 count box with a net weight of 10.5 kg.
